1. Return and Exchange Policy

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been used, damaged, or opened, unless they are defective.

2. Return Process

  • Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  • Once your request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only available in cases of defective products or when we are unable to fulfill your order.
  • Since Brayden Kitchen only accepts cash on delivery (COD) as the payment method, we will process refunds in the form of cash.

4. Warranty

  • We offer a limited warranty on certain products, which covers manufacturing defects for a specified period. Please refer to the individual product page for warranty details.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Products that have been opened or used.

6. Delivery and Inspection

  • Before accepting the delivery, please inspect the package carefully for any visible damages. If the product appears damaged or defective upon arrival, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately for a resolution.
  • If you accept the delivery and later find the product to be damaged or defective, you must inform us within 3 days for eligibility to return or exchange the item.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the return is made in accordance with the guidelines stated above. The return shipping cost (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
